Know Floating Dragon's bonus rounds before you play

Five reels and three rows form a fixed grid with 10 paylines running from reel 1 to the right. Symbols pay left to right, so two matching symbols from reel 1 are enough for a win. The Chinese theme shows dragons, dragon boats, drums, zongzi, flags and koi fish. Base game spins stay on the paylines until 3 or more MONEY symbols or 3 to 5 SCATTER symbols start a bonus round.

WILD symbols appear on all five reels and collect FISH MONEY values. Every fourth collected WILD retriggers 10 Free Spins, and the collection multiplier steps through 2x, 3x and 10x, for up to three retriggers. Hold & Spinner adds the MONEY symbol values to the round total, and its respins reset to four each time a new MONEY symbol lands.

Not sure when a bonus starts or what it adds? Each mode below says where it begins.

Does a new MONEY symbol reset?

Three or more MONEY symbols land on the reels and trigger Hold & Spinner. Their values are added to the round total, and the round starts with 4 respins. Each new MONEY symbol that lands resets the respins to 4. The round ends when the respins run out.

Before and after the 4th WILD

Three, four or five SCATTER symbols land and award 10, 15 or 20 Free Spins. WILD appears on all reels and collects FISH MONEY values. Every 4th collected WILD retriggers +10 Free Spins, and the collection multiplier steps 2x, 3x and 10x. There are at most 3 retriggers.

Floating Dragon guide

Follow each bet from start to finish

Settles the order of a round, from the bet you pick to the budget you set.

  1. Floating Dragon bets from A$0.10

Reels stay still until you set a bet between A$0.10 and A$375. Examples on this page use A$5 and A$10, and each spin covers all 10 fixed paylines.

  2. Count matches from reel 1

Symbols land on the 5x3 grid and pay along each payline from reel 1, left to right. Two matching symbols in a row already pay, so short runs can count.

  3. Hold & Spinner trigger

Koi fish symbols land as FISH MONEY and carry cash values; three or more trigger Hold & Spinner. Extra Chance of Scatters adds 1.5 times the bet per spin.

  4. Land three Scatters to start

Scatter symbols on the reels award 10, 15 or 20 Free Spins. BUY FREE SPINS starts the round at 100 times the total bet instead.

  5. What does one spin cost?

Reels spin at the bet you set, and each round costs that amount plus any ante. Choose a budget before the first spin and stop when it runs out.

Two ways to spin

Demo mode and paid play side by side

Casino Rocket keeps both routes open, so you pick the one that fits your budget.

Spinning the demo costs nothing and returns nothing, so you can read every symbol without staking a cent. Real play needs a Casino Rocket account and you must be 18 or over.

Play for real

Clear expectations for every bet

Five reels spin on ten fixed paylines, and the bonus round can land on any spin or stay away for a long stretch. How often it comes is not known in advance. The result of one session is random whatever the RTP, so a hot run or a dry one says nothing about the next spin.

The five reels pay out at whichever RTP version this site runs. Two versions exist, and only the game rules show which one is in use. Open the rules before your first spin to find it.

Winning combinations on the five reels can add up, but the maximum win is a ceiling reached very rarely. Read it as the outer limit of what the game can pay, not as a result to expect. Its value in money depends on the bet you place.

Set your stop point before the first spin

Players must be 18+. Get help from the National Gambling Helpline on 1800 858 858, or exclude yourself on BetStop, the national self-exclusion register.

Floating Dragon swings hard

Set a spending limit before you open the game and keep every bet inside it. High volatility means results can swing hard, so the limit matters more.

Stick to your stop point

Decide your stop point before the first spin, and keep it after a win too. A win is no reason to raise the bet.

Cap your deposits and losses

Set deposit and loss limits in your account before you play. Changing them mid-round is harder to do calmly.

From fun to pressure

Take a break as soon as the game stops being fun. If you cannot stop on your own, self-exclude through BetStop.
